Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask WaCRM to delete your data at any time.

Business owners and team members

• Owners can delete contacts (with their conversations) from inside WaCRM.
• To close the whole account, email testdigiquest@gmail.com from your login email with the subject "Data deletion request".

Customers who chatted with a business on WhatsApp

• Ask the business you messaged to delete your conversation, or
• email testdigiquest@gmail.com with your WhatsApp number and the business name. We will remove your data or pass the request to that business.

We confirm deletion within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 14 days after that.
